I just making another batch today, using up the last of the Mini Eggs – such a dilemma, whether to just eat the Mini Eggs or make this yummy recipe again! of delicious Cadbury Mini Eggs, a smiling Easter bunny, and oh-so-much better than a regular old Easter egg. I obviously use the recipe as listed in the video, and it does come together eventually so it might just be you need to keep going! I was dreaming of mini eggs and knew you’d have something to bake with them and when I saw these I was in love!

You could use caramel eggs, but they might need 5 minutes longer in the oven if they ooze everywhere.Press the mixture into the bottom of the tin and press in the handful of Mini Eggs into the top for decoration. Mini eggs are my absolute favourite and I’ve made these cookie bars 3 times in the last couple of months!

I didn’t end up using 300g of mini eggs though someone was munching them whilst making it (deffo not me😉).
