Householders who have hired a van for three days or fewer to dispose of their own household waste do not require a permit. The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the need to shop local and support the businesses on our doorstep. All other Blue Badge holders will be required to possess a valid permit if they wish to use a commercial-type vehicle.
