Admittedly, this does do what a proper sequel should: it expands on the first book, and presents a wider scope for its characters.He also contributes to the Evil Examined Podcast where he explores the most strange and horrifying events in the history of humanity with his lady and friends. and it wasn’t lost on me that the villain’s whole backstory hinged on the fact that she couldn’t have children.

Aron Beauregard’s writing is incredibly, mind-numbingly, tearing-your-hair-out-to-feel-something-ly boring.

Needless to say, his parents were not thrilled by this tale and rather than acknowledging his creative genius suspected he might be a budding serial killer. The amount of effort and time that is spent during these scenes describing everything in intimate detail – from The Slob’s genitals to the woman’s injuries – shows an obsessive approach to this violence. In my review, I mentioned that it will be the story which sets the bar for extreme stories from then on. as a jewish person, it's uncomfortable to read about a nazi in this light; the forced german accent was just plain strange. This book made me feel numb after reading, I’ve had to sit and think it over for a few hours just to figure out how to give this book the review it deserves.
