We have been made aware of a potential issue that some users are experiencing with our HS75 XB Wireless headset which causes the headset to freeze and become unresponsive. In these instances the headset may exhibit the following behavior: Bluetooth headphones and earphones will enable you to listen to music or speak on the phone while active - whether you run, cycle, drive or undertake any other form of activity that requires your hands to remain free. If you're having problems with your Surface Headphones, you can reset them to the original factory settings or reset their firmware. In the meantime, in the event the headset freezes and refuses to power off, you can regain functionality by letting the battery fully drain and recharging it afterwards. The headset should resume normal functionality when it is powered on again. Unfortunately there is no way to “force” a reset at this time, but we are also looking at potentially implementing this as well. Play out favourite Frozen and Frozen 2 moments with Anna and Elsa dolls, or sing along to hit songs like ‘Let It Go’ with Elsa. No buzzing, just a white light and didn't pair with the console when I powered on. Holding power/mute/etc doesn't seem to do anything (as indicated in the OP). On an iOS device or Android device: Open the Surface app, then tap Account > Surface Headphon es > Device information. After that, select Reset your Surface Headphones> Reset now to confirm.
Plug the USB cable into your Windows 10/11 PC or into a USB power adapter (not included) for a wall outlet. On a Windows 10/11 PC: Open the Surface app, then select Surface Headphones> Device information. Under Factory reset, select Reset now, and then select Reset now to confirm. Include your system specifications, what you were doing when the issue presented itself, and the method you use to “force” the issue to occur. I have a SS Arctis 7 headset which I use on my laptop. It's been working perfectly fine up untill a few days ago. I have been experiencing freezing/stuttering of youtube videos / twitch streams and no audio from discord / games.

Any of the problems above do not occur for me when I have my audio output on the option "Earphones of headphone (Arctis 7 Chat)". Kids’ headphones are great for long car journeys with the family.
