To the people complaining it’s hard to put together… I don’t mean to sound nasty but maybe you shouldn’t be using a manual tool with sharp moving parts if you find assembling this difficult or “impossible” as one reviewer stated. I was trying for the umteenth time to tighten it into place to get the roller part to stay where it needs to be ( because I was mowing my neighbors lawn and I didn't' want it coming out all wonky). For the shearing to work, the blades must therefore lightly brush against the bottom of the chassis.

Nuts and bolts provided for assembly sub standard and odd lengths, as if they belonged to another product.
