About this deal

Paired here with blood orange and pimento it ramps up the spice while adding a fruity citrus quality to it as well. Once it reaches the drying phase, the aroma becomes more woody, but the aromatics remain throughout the development of the fragrance.

As I said, this is a smoother blue fragrance while still retaining the masculine boldness that is a trait of these types of fragrances. This will also work perfectly as a gym scent or for any occasion you just don't want to offend anyone.I’m not a fragrance expert so not sure what notes are doing that but for me it’s too sickly for my liking. Having tested it over several weeks now, I agree that the general impression is that of a slightly generic “out of the shower” blue scent, but still I find that K has a certain “je ne sais quois” compared to others in this genre. It smells slightly citrusy, then woody - lots of juniper and cedar, and some degree of playful sweetness. The designers charge too much for average presentation and often lackluster performance, that needs to change. I smell a lot of juniper and vetiver in the dry down with that blood orange which makes it green and spicy.

On the bottle, the crowned letter K evokes the symbol of royalty combined with a daring simplicity that is contemporary in character. I don't believe it's a monster in projection, as it seems to develop into a skin scent after about 4-6 hours.

In terms of performance: The real sample of K I have is weak in longevity and performance, whereas the copy I have is excellent.

This sophisticated blend of sweet blue-green citrus, masculine florals, subtle spice, and clean woods, creates a scent experience that seems illogical on paper but is nothing short of fantastic in reality. Its definitely in the same vein as Bleu de Chanel, Sauvage, and Dylan Blue, but it's far smoother and cleaner than any of those. In a market where releases are screaming for your attention with obnoxious spice mixes and scalpel-sharp citruses, it takes courage to put out something as delicate as K, which requires you to take a moment to taste and enjoy the symphony of its flavours. So here you go, it’s a stand-out because of its complexity (and I guess it opens itself to hate because there a lot to choose from if you’re not a fan of any one note it is offering).
