I would dislike that in their professional models, but for street photography camera, I actually prefer it. I love the size and easy of "Taking it along", and the photos are excellent, but for some reason over the past few weeks I find I am longing for my D7100. The E-M10 Mark IV also gains a flip-down screen for vlogging and the ability to connect wirelessly via Bluetooth. Olympus's noise reduction setting is accessed from the menu (Custom Menu E: Noise Filter), with four options available (Off, Low, Standard and High).My fingers now come to rest in exactly the right place and I can hold the cam-lens combo in a comfortable and steady grip.
At first glance, it might have been easy to dismiss the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV as a pretty minor update. I do a lot of low light photography of food in dark restaurants, and I am concerned with the performance of the Olympus at higher ISOs. It is usually a torture test for most cameras and I have had issues with previous Fuji bodies in this light with flat files, blown highlights and dull looking photos. The E-M10 IV is based around a 20MP sensor, which brings it in line with the rest of the OM-D range in terms of resolution, as well as subsequent OM-System cameras. When it comes to composing images, the Mark IV employs essentially the same hardware as its predecessors. Is a great complement for my E-M1 and to wonder around different cities doing street shooting is awesome.
