About this deal

In August 2019, billboards and posters promoting the 2019 Child's Play reboot were pulled in New Zealand after a complaint was submitted to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for being inappropriate. This is rare footage which features the creation of Chucky and various other props that were to be used throughout the film. Introducing Chucky: The Making of Child's Play - Behind the scenes footage which shows us the basic animatronics of Chucky. Since 2001, we've brought you uncompromising, candid takes on the world of film, music, television, video games, theater, and more.

We will introduce you exclusively to Newpay finance products provided by NewDay Limited under this Introducer Appointed Representative arrangement. Unfortunately, Chucky is possessed by the spirit of serial-killing psychopath Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif), aka 'the Lakeshore Strangler', who was killed by the boy's cop father. The marketing sells this product not as a toy, but as a companion, which no boy with an active imagination can possibly resist. She went on to work as a casting director at Pinewood Studios, coaching the children on, among other films, Philip Leacock’s Kidnappers (1953).There are also various story holes and more than a few convenient plot devices, but this is a horror film, after all.
