There is a strong case to be made that the humble alignment stick is the best golf training aid ever created. Shouldn't be too difficult, a few inclined planes inside a narrow crate, but I am not sure how to incorporate the moveable arm to place the balls on the tee. Gave JordySticks not only a color request, but mentioned that I wanted the colors to match the specific shades of my college's colors. Out of the box, the setting nut will keep the rod holder in place but you can still move it without having to loosen the nut. I've also seen people turn a range bucket upside down and place the rod through the holes in the bucket like the photo below.
