There are some aromatic and balsamic tones here as well as Oriental spiciness and also even a slight Chypre-ishness.

Once in a while, there will be a waft of something vaguely floral, but no discernible peony or violet. At first spray I definitely get the pink pepper and airy notes, which read to me as very crisp, almost vegetal (cucumber? If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. The fragrance is inspired by the designer's memories of childhood spent in Tunisia like water poured over hot brick walls.Peony can sometimes overpower / cloy out an otherwise promising fragrance, but I really like how well done the florals are in here. Both exquisite flowers of freesia make you crazy with their charm and the central composition combined with the honey sweetness of the peony excites your memories of romantic moments and makes your heart beat faster. This perfume is such a match to Alaïa designs - violets and leather - it should not work but it does. So yeah, clean soapy musk, low-pitched and non-sweet fuzzy floral, a bit of smooth buttery leather and warm air/steam.

First spray -something fresh and sweet in the same time mixed with some leather notes, and this made me feel sick for the rest of the day, so very, very nauseating. I blind bought this perfume because the Perfume blogger Bois De Jasmin said to give it a try if you like Bottega Veneta or Cuir D’ange. This has a big violet presence, candied rather than gardeny, and the pink pepper isn't in your face but more subtle. Before i started collecting perfume i disliked this perfume and thought it smelt like a dirty animal. I still haven't decided whether I like it or not, but it does have something different from the others.

The opening is gives a burst of fresh air, made spicy with pink peppercorns, warming to an abstract floral heart of two of my favourites, freesia and peony before mellowing down into a leather base met with musk. I was expecting a female version of Dior’s Fahrenheit, but that’s not what I got (well maybe a teeny bit).

I was sweating slightly today after my morning jog, it’s slightly breezy and the weather is perfect, suddenly the sillage intensifies and sweetens, it’s more feminine than I thought it was when I wrote my first review (I still think a man can pull it off though)…it smells amazing and very sensual.
