The legs allow for width adjustment to accommodate longer soundbars. Ironically the TV is not height adjustable, and the TCL TS8132 interfered with the IR receiver. We had to place it about 200mm in front of the panel, and all was fine.

Despite not being incredibly slim, the nearly bezel-less design of the TV is fairly versatile. The legs of the TV can either be placed close together to fit on a smaller table or stand, or can be attached to the outside corners of the TV to give it some more stability. The sound on the TCL 6-Series is perfectly acceptable. You won't hear the fine details in classical music or the spacious soundstage of a 5.1 surround system, but you won't have any complaints about the volume level either. We are rating this as a lower-cost value device. We are not trying to compare it to other more expensive TV technologies. Image Quality

Percentage luminance drop at 35 degree horizontal angle from the centre of the screen with 100% white output Overall, the gaming performance is good, with the low input lag resulting in a responsive and enjoyable experience. The 4K images appear detailed, and the 60Hz motion is pleasingly smooth. The colour gamut is punchy, and the HDR tone mapping capable within the limits of the TV. On the left there’s a choice of Freeview Play, streaming channels and the settings menu, plus a search function and the ability to save custom lists. Over on the right you can access any connected devices and live TV, along with all the apps. There’s sufficient processing power to ensure the Roku platform is responsive, but it’s also intuitive to use and easy to navigate. Max light output HDR (high dynamic range) while displaying a live scene and white square taking up 60% of the screen (measured in Nits) To put the TCL 6-Series through its paces we tried tons of different content, from Night on Earth (available in Dolby Vision, no less) to the local news to see how the TV upscaled HD content to fill the 4K screen.
The TCL RC630K is a Roku-powered 4K HDR TV that’s a superb choice for those on a tight budget
The use of quantum dot filters means the RC630K covers the majority of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, reaching an impressive 95%. The colours also closely hit their targets at various saturation points, ensuring that the overall pictures look natural while also retaining a pleasing degree of pop. In terms of raw measurements, this is an impressive HDR performance for a TV at this price.
