When our winemaker Steve was offered this parcel he recognised that it was the best fruit he'd seen in years and produced a wine that sat above our all time favourite Aussie red - The Black Pig! Sourced from perfectly ripe Shiraz grapes from plots across the state, creating the beautifully formed fruit we've come to expect from this varietal. Vin Jaune ‘Yellow Wine’, is a dry white wine made from late harvest Savignin in the Jura region in the east of France. From time to time we'll offer extra Chocolate Reward Points on specific items, so do keep checking the site. The vines are healthier and more resilient and can often produce fruit of more personality and purity, and because these wines are made without any chemicals or inorganic fertilisers, they are better for you as well!The whole point of Spider Pig is that it's not about the winemaker or an estate, it's about eliminating pretence, preconceived ideas and focusing on what really matters. ORANGE WINE is made from white wine grapes that are left to macerate with their skins which impart tannin, grip, structure, colour and flavour to the finished wine. Last but not least is the Cabernet Sauvignon with its blackcurrant and bramble fruit flavours, which has received over 1,600 5-star reviews - put simply this case of reds is sure to please! A classic Shiraz packed with intense black fruit, peppery spice and a finish that is as long as the Nile.

Each wine in the range is crafted by a different winemaker, when they want a rosé they find a winemaker that makes good rosé! Steve and his winemaking team are the guys and girls behind our amazing Black Pig range and this is the latest addition.Wild indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation; fining and filtration is generally avoided; dry farming, manual labour, the traditional method of horse and plough are other examples of the natural approach. Natural wines distinguish themselves however by a low interventionist approach on behalf of the wine maker.
