She is naturally a dirty blonde though so we knew we would have to dye her hair once it was closer to Halloween. The addition of the cape and the “Little Lotte” red scarf really help me get into the yearning, mourning, emotional place of “Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again. The show does this by removing the rope skirt and switching it for a larger, grander skirt that has heavily patterned fabric, heavy embroidery, and gold tassels.

Had there been some context for the costume design in the film, it could have worked; it's a beautiful costume. It has been suggested that the corset she wears with the dressing gown is the same corset she wore with her "Think of Me" dress. But they’ve gotten another Greek inspiration in terms of choice of fabrics - that of the Byzantine empire.She also had to add the lace to her dress and I know that was pretty frustrating but I believe it really sells the dress. It was unbelievably difficult for us to make our suit and dress but with our parents help I like to think we are pretty decent tailors now. Christine wears a white blouse with a black bustle skirt for "Twisted Every Way," which is hard to get a decent picture of from the movie since it's barely visible. They can be obtained from the internet, but I made our own, using a piece of wood and 2 metal prongs.
