Both versions are damn near 100% locked 60 FPS, and cut-scenes are capped at 30 anyways, so I think there might still be overhead, but the V-sync lock doesn't really let us know how much. Would recommend people get it on Xbox X or PS5 unless you have a beastly rig, but even then not sure it would be worth the constant performance fluctuation. If you’ve watched Kenobi on Disney+ there are some cool parallels that elevated the tale being told, for me.
