By drawing the wine into super fine layers for efficient vaporisation, alcohol may be removed at lower temperatures than ever before, thus resulting in a truly beautiful tasting product. A little gun-powdery when first opened but very drinkable, it's best opened in the morning ready to drink in the evening (if you can wait that long!
