Within the block of lessons, you will learn how to safely put on the fin and skin and enter and exit the water.

Throughout the lessons you will practice finning through the water, holding your breath and learning some mermazing skills. The book is the first in a series and I can see it being very popular as Mermaids seem to be everywhere at the moment. It will be usually held on the beach and during the at a local pool, however during the winter months we use various pools and props to have the best background and surroundings for your pictures.Although the emphasis is on fun and laughter, Mermaid Academy actually teaches children some important swimming skills as well. MermaidsUK Instructors run mermaid and mono fin sessions, teaching children and adults of all ages how to swim like a mermaid or merman using a mono fin and/or tail skin in a safe, fun, environment.
