About this deal

I don’t want to give spoilers, but I quite liked his demeanor and personality and how seriously he took his job. It felt more like the plot was driving the “best friend’s interactions with Molly/Rachel, than an actual, genuine friendship. I'm suspecting this to be the reason she isn't seen around camp at the moment until further noticed. There was a point where I was just so lost, I had to re-read a few paragraphs because I wasn't sure if I missed something or if Molly was really acting up.

Garrett swear he didn’t take Ollie, never even met him—but admits that there are over 50 more tapes like this one. Run Time Reads is a series that I put together to share my thoughts about the audiobooks I listen to on my runs. And, when the penultimate moment finally arrived, the best friend completely brushed Molly/Rachel off, as though she were a child and not a 28 year old woman with good instincts. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. I really appreciated her weakening resolve to keep it quiet and loved how the mystery finally was revealed to the characters only at the very end. I love a good psychological thriller, and even more so when I can listen to the voices play it out while I drive. I had previously enjoyed Until I Met Her by Barelli but hadn't realised there was a sequel - so I guess that will be on the menu soon.

If you're a little bored of the usual domestic thriller/suspense/mystery novels out there, I think you'll enjoy " Missing Molly". Natalie Barelli did a fine job with this novel, and I’m looking forward to reading more of her work.

It’s somewhat interesting to imagine what it would be like to bury your original name - create a new identity- re-build a completely new life. I also found the concept of a 12 year old Molly surviving on the streets for all those years totally implausable. There's quite a lot of suspense and a nicely done psychological twist, the novel becoming all the more enjoyable as Rachel became more unstable and less reliable.

I know the author has to give us a happy ever after, but I think there was still room in the plot to give Molly’s storyline more air. Although, I do understand that plots like these aren’t for everybody, and that it may trigger emotions. Baptiste does his best to stem the profuse bleeding, hands clenched over her throat like he’s choking her. Ya Molly’s absence isn’t really felt too badly as she’s one of the people in camp I interact with the least. Stanger was known to have access to a white car similar to the one seen the day before Bish's disappearance.
