Check in was easy and efficient, as we were a group togther Alison gave us all they keys and said sort it out for yourselves. It was also very warm and cosy, I had to turn my radiator down a bit as it was too warm for me, I stayed in room 5 on the ground floor which is quite large with a good ensuite and considering it was at the front of the house I slept very well.
