The distillery is housed in a converted hop kiln barn amongst 400 acres of rolling fields of potatoes, apple orchards and Herefordshire cattle.

Next the potatoes are transferred to a traditional copper pot still where steam is used to raise the temperature and encourage distillation. Our smooth and creamy English potato vodka is a true award-winner, scooping a Gold Medal in the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2021. Made on the Chase family farm in Herefordshire, who are the only UK distillery to offer a premium vodka that is made entirely from seed to bottle, giving a quality vodka with provenance.

Having the distillery located on the farm allows us to keep a watchful eye over how our potatoes and apples move from field to bottle. Chase Vodka won double gold and named ‘the world’s best vodka’ at the San Francisco world spirit championship 2010.This whole process has allowed Chase Vodka to be named ‘the best vodka in the world' at the San Francisco World Spirit Championship 2010. Next is removing the impurities from the vodka, this involves heating the vodka in using Chases 42 bubble plate's technique.
