It says its 4 berth but I would say 2 people plus a bit of storage, as it measures around 6'6' square. Besides spacious dark bedrooms the Instant Tent size 4 provides a large protected living area, large (selfrolling) windows and high quality fabrics with super strong weather proofing. It also showed the need for a porch area for somewhere to cook/and cover the doorway when getting in/out.The Instant 5 provides a large living area and divided, dark bedroom with full head height throughout, perfect for a small family or group camp. Because of the weather the only decent sized vent had to be zipped up which left the 2 vents top of the tent to vent air but as there was no fresh air coming in condensation built up excessively and the torrential rain hitting the tent dislodged the condensation in a shower instead, saturating sleeping bags n clothes. We actually arrived to our campsite in the dark, and even with this added obstacle of pitching a tent for the first time with only head torches (yup, we never did a practice round at home), we honestly had the tent up in a maximum 5 minutes.
