About this deal

Having reviewed the 40k battleforce value there’s definitely something for fans of the armies on offer, but it feels like they’re targeted towards new players, or those that havent’t already got the named characters. Not the best option but not terrible if you’re looking to expand or start an Adeptus Mechanicus army. Without giving away too much of the plot, the story follows three main arcs, Ahriman's, Amon's, and Promus', an ex-Ultramarine librarian now working for Malcador. If you don't own Magnus, you want to own Magnus and plan to collect TSons this is a slam dunk purchase. But if you want to run all your HQ’s then you’d need to bump up to a battalion, which has five slots for HQ’s.

Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). Also, the Sorcerers and exalted Sorcerers share models, and exalted Sorcerers let you bring a regular Sorcerer as a "slotless" addition. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. The Court of the Crimson King is a battleforce of the Thousand Sons, that is led by the Traitor Legion's Daemon Primarch Magnus.

Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. The big set piece at the Sisters of Silence prison where they first run into their prey is pretty exceptionally awesome. When last we left them they were broken by the Space Wolves and left licking their wounds on the Planet of the Sorcerers, their new home within the warp. The forces is finished off with a squad of Battle Sisters (which you could chose to build as elite Celestians or fast attack Dominions). A fairly standard foundation force and savings in line with the rest of the forces on the list, but nothing to really shout about.

This boxed set contains a supremely powerful daemonic Primarch, leading a trio of Exalted Sorcerers. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. A big block of rubric marines rounds the box and provides an excellent core for a chaos lord to build upon.

There's a lot of mind bending stuff going on, which is perfectly fitting for the Thousand Sons, and Magnus in particular. for a 1k game (which is what you'd be able to scrape together with those purchases), i'd say your right on the upper edge of with all those HQs, as tsons rely heavily on thier casters, so having a lot is good, but you need mass to operate behind or they'll be picked off.
