Few Grind Settings: Personally I don't think this matters with bean to cup machines, most people will never need to adjust this anyway. The Brera allows for customisation of your preferred drink, with easy-to-use controls that provide control over the grind of the coffee, the amount of coffee used in each espresso shot and the length of each shot. What's particularly interesting, though, when it comes to attempting to produce coffee that is more like traditional espresso, is that it's possible to mod Gaggia grinders to make them grind finer. With the Anima, you have 5 strength settings (vs three on the Brera) starting from the 1 bean setting through to the 5 bean setting, from at 7g, going up in one gram increments to a max of 11g.The steam isn't quite as quick to get going as with the anima, but there's plenty of steam power once it's going. The warranty applies, provided the product has been handled properly for its intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions. I understand that the grinder options on the Brera are limited, so presumably a good semi-automatic has more potential to get a perfect shot. They're very simple to use, and they're great for producing large bubble cappuccino for spooning onto cappuccino and latte.

If any defects, due to faulty materials and/or workmanship, occurs within the warranty period, Recent Beans will make arrangements for free of charge service.A double shot at 3 bean would be a 22g shot, so that’s a strong latte, but if that’s what you like then great :-). But the great thing about the Brera, and other Gaggia bean to cup coffee machines, is that you can very easily slide the Panarello off, to reveal either the rubber nozzle or the metal steam pipe, which works far better as a steam wand, with a bit of practice.

Thanks to the integrated double-chamber milk container, you can brew silky cappuccinos at the touch of a button.

Do this until the jug starts to feel hot to the touch, then lift the jug slightly to stop the aeration, and just keep going with the steaming until your milk is hot enough, which for most people will be around 60-65C.
