This perfume for me was the best creation of the Givanchy house, it is seductive and elegant, it really has something light and dark, it for me translates very well the name that has Angel or devil, good and evil, pure seduction or sexy seduction. The bottle, like the fragrance is unique and instantly reconizable as Ange ou Demon, the flankers (which are worth exploring) share the same bottle shape with a couple just being a bit squat. I am not telling you you'd definitely hate tgis one as much as I do, no, all I am telling you is that this one is not SAFE. A unique, dark, mysterious, ethereal, and, on the right person, at the right time, certainly sexy, cocktail.

Becouse "oops, I did it again" with this one and 3 others few days ago and they arrived today and while all of them were a big dissapointment, this one was a WORST for me. I find it not too sweet, very feminine, sensual, maybe a tad bit heavy, which is why it obviously a cool weather fragrance IMO.We simply rebottle them in smaller sizes to enable you to find your perfect fragrance without splashing out on a big bottle first. There’s definitely some hints at saffron and Oakmoss, and in addition to the most prominent note, vanilla, I do also detect Lily. Super sexy and mysterious,very prominent note of orchid, saffron and vanilla, the opening smells like verbena. It was (is, in fact; I haven't emptied it, and now have three bottles at different fill-levels) INTENSELY herbal.

I could say, this fragrance accompanies me, melts in my skin, and somehow transforms itself in a unique way.

i came to know ange ou demon 4 years ago and 100 perfumes later it reminds one of my all time favorite classics, something i will never let slip from my collection!

I bought this perfume last year November, I want something dark, sexy and mysterious but it over whelmed me . A fellow fragrantican recommended it to me a few years back, knowing I enjoyed warm, spicy, floral, oriental fragrances. Fortunately, those don't last and I am left with a slightly sweet vanilla/tonka that has very little, if any, saffron in it.

Unfortunately on me both the sillage and longevity are terrible but that has not stopped me I have got through dozens of bottles over the years! However, the cloud of this (and what I’m actually catching wafts of) is very grandma-y, powdery floral. I am bad at identifying notes, so ‘woody’ and ‘spicy’ conjure up cedarwood, pepper, sandalwood and other rugged scents.Behind the mask, the woman of Ange ou Démon can flirt, dance, insinuate, dare and decide if she prefers to show her angelic or demonic side. I'm not sure if it's a fruity or a soft floral that's not in my other fragrances but this definitely has layers. This is a pretty unique fragrance for me, it doesn't really smell like anything else I have tried, except it's flankers of course. Reminded me a bit of White Diamonds EDP upon wearing, but sweeter, less fruity, with an interesting, unexpected note of licorice.
