I don’t own a base PS4 anymore so I can’t try it out, but I would have thought it would have been fine as it’s not a very demanding game. If you have, you’ve probably thought “I could do that”, well, now you can thanks to House Flipper – you don’t even have to put on your trousers! The new downloadable content for House Flipper lets you live out your wildest HGTV imagination just like your favorite shows.

If you try and zap items belonging to the owner without their permission, you’ll be reminded that this isn’t Thief Simulator, one of the PC publisher’s other titles. You won’t need to worry about which houses to sell either as you can’t sell repeat houses until after you ‘finish’ the game.As stated above, the first five to ten hours of the game will be spent taking tasks from various people and completing a set of instructions given to you. I never experienced any performance issues whilst I played the game on my PS4 Pro, nor any strange occurrences by having it in 4k mode. This took a while to get to grips with the gameplay especially once completing a room and moving back the office . So, whenever I discover something like this, there are two things I do; first of all, I look online for any cheats or hidden commands – House Flipper doesn’t have any – then I see if we can do things the controller can’t. I have included a currency converter (Using in-game conversion manually not an actual converter on the market) in the spoiler below.

However, we need to learn to walk before we can run, or in this case, you need to earn some money so that you can spend it on your own passion projects. So just sit comfortably, let go off your usual daily routine, and delve into the world of House Flipper. Once this was solved game away… absolutely brilliant , especially for the budding designer like our daughter who is only 10.Overall, I highly recommend House Flipper on PS4 for anyone who loves interior design, home renovation, or just wants to try something new.

Since I had not seen this before I would personally lean towards giving the differing descriptions the benefit of the doubt, but I definitely understand the concern. I like to complete everything and the game does become repetitive and boring as there is not enough Decor and design choices in the base game.Cleaning up a large house, painting the walls, and fixing the plumping is dull work for most people.
