They're not the most aerodynamic dome shape, but they have to be that way if they're going to expand.

For the heck of it I loaded up a mag and shot them through my Veteran which were probably close to 1000 fps. on the other hand are about as much use as tits on a fish through every gun I've tried and same for the lads up the range. I haven’t tried polymags out of this gun yet, but my r5m long 25 slings the polymags pretty good at 950fps. I've shot them at about 940 and had good results but I couldn't believe how accurate they were with the gun at max. I have switched to Hades pellets in my FAC Daystate Huntsman Regal they are as accurate as my previous pellets but expand very much better than standard dome heads.

It looks worse than this in the photo, but that’s because the Hades pellets lived up to their name and tried to send my 20-yard Target Spot to hell, smashing through the card and fragmenting the target.

We took turns shooting a metal paddle about 2" dia at 60 yards as fast as we could pull the trigger.
