This is an update to my review shown below as I felt I should come back and sing the praises of the IFIT software purchased with the cross trainer. Thick exercise mat reduces impact noise, vibrations, improves stability for a quieter and more comfortable workout.

We recommend using the Commercial 2-ply Replacement Belt for Commercial Situations like Gyms, Personal Trainers, Apartment Blocks and High Usage Treadmills. With 20 Workout apps and a custom weight loss centre, apps vary from calorie, intensity, incline and speed based.Opening hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday, and a forklift is available for loading the equipment. The NordicTrack S25 treadmill enables you to achieve your fitness goals even if working on a budget, offering top features to heighten all its user’s training experiences. Despite the fact they are clearly doing well for themselves they're still a humble bunch of guys not too busy to explain a product and offer assistance loading it. Offering a reduced vibration workout, anyone else in the house will not be effected by your vigorous training.
