The hilarious part of ‘Humpty Dumpty’ in the video is, for some reason, he stopped saying the rhyme and just went into his own version which involved a lot of crashing and banging! Encourages Tactile Learning– We particularly liked that the 3D shapes aren’t heavy and don’t have sharp edges/points.
Then at each verse, you choose an item out of the song sack to tell everyone what verse to sing next.Simply repeat this as many times as you like or only put a set amount of objects in the bag for the time you have available, this way there is a clear endpoint when there is nothing left in the bag! Fantastic for early language development and creativity for the very smallest children and a great activity for children learning English as an additional language too.
I'm a Childminder and bought this bag with extension set after seeing how much the children enjoy it at a couple of the toddler groups we attend. Children can build their rhythmic proficiency whilst learning new vocabulary, language, and speech skills. Colourful – The shapes and the accompanying drawstring bag are bright, bold and colourful- enticing children to engage in the activity.
We bought a 'Sing with Me' Song Bag from the Care for the Family Playtime Conference and I have to say, both our toddler groups LOVE it.
