The pair are releasing a clean cake cookbook with recipes that include raw peanut butter cheesecakes, salted chocolate chickpea tortes and cashew and coconut Jon Snow balls. There are some classic "clean" ingredients in there such as pearl powder, schisandra and astragalus root (sure) but rest ashore, these are mostly "optional".

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.The book cover has no visible wear, and the dust jacket (if applicable) is included for hard covers. It provides a wealth of ideas for cooking everything from spectacular cakes, energy-boosting muffins and wholesome loaves to stunning raw desserts and scrumptious tarts and pies. Depending on the size of your muffin tins, divide the mixture equally between all of them (I’ve put a tablespoon into each well) and smooth the tops with the back of a spoon. For those of you old enough to remember the Cranks cookery book, where wholemeal flour, brown rice and unrefined sugar was used with gusto, this feels like the modern version of that.
