After reading some posts that mentioned issues with the Cressi Donatello (and other related computers like the Cressi Michelangelo), it was was some trepidation that I tried to get files imported from my Donatello into Subsurface after receiving my Cressi Bluetooth/USB interface today. The separate interface (not included) uses Infrared to connect to the diving computer and a USB cable for PC connection. It’s got a black strap and features five different color choices for the ring around the display; I chose red. The display is easy to control thanks to a multifunction push button that allows on-the-fly changes through each of the Donatello´s functions and gives you more freedom of movement, something that will certainly be appreciated by technical diving and apnea divers.

The “dive” function can be deactivated so it won’t give any unnecessary alarms when snorkeling or swimming.
