We generally recommend carrying babies over 2 years old on your back, as this is much more comfortable than having a baby of this age on your front, especially for longer durations. I found I did move on to the more structured carriers once my babies got a little bigger but these are considerably more expensive.

The main difference is that whilst the Omni 360 allows for a forward facing position, the Adapt carrier does not.
