This new format, like the other productions of pasta and gnocchi Farabella, It is made with high quality raw materials and with the mineral water of the Maiella spring that in Fara San Martino flows all year round at a constant temperature of 8 ºC and is used in our dough.We are proud to produce genuine, naturally gluten-free products with the same visual taste and taste properties of conventional food products. Farabella is a brand of the Company Bioalimenta specializing in the production of over 70 different gluten free pasta and potato gnocchi shapes based in Fara San Martino (Abruzzo), known as the quality pasta "capital". An effective and typical combination could be with a fresh tomato and basil sauce, or with a meat sauce. Mixed with flours from a particular lightness and softness to sweets, it can also be used alone but, better, mixed with flours and prepared (dose it to taste but a maximum dosage of 30% is more than enough) to increase the lightness of the products obtained.

Our processes are designed to maximize the preservation of the natural characteristics of the raw materials being transformed.
