About this deal

It has made me reflect on negative experiences I have had and flipping it around to find those positives, no matter how bad a situation is because something can always be taken away from it.

I appreciated Ant's wife Emilie's thoughts especially on 'that' Instagram message during the early Covid-19 days (yes I thought as much) at least he admits his mistakes and takes a lesson from them. but the best thing about this audio book is that it doenst come across as preachy or telling you what to do. He is an adventurer, public speaker and television presenter, best known as the front man for Channel 4’s hit show SAS: Who Dares Wins . PS If you view Emilie’s segments as an love letter to her husband, you will actually look forward to them. Yet, he is an elite athlete and someone who has earned and backed up the hubris to take on these challenges.Of the two I took more out of Mental Fitness personally but this book is just as good, containing lots of non nonsense down to earth advice and honest reflections. Having a bloke with real life experience through the most macho of job titles show weakness in strength is one of the most refreshing things ive heard. Another smashing read from Ant, he has a way of drawing you into his experiences and how he dealt with them but also giving you the tools to use in everyday life even if you're not on the battlefield or climbing Everest.

The parts I enjoyed most were his insights into the positive kindness behind some of the tough messaging for participants in Who Dares Wins, his Channel 4 reality show.To me, who thoroughly enjoyed his other books, it felt like this was valuable but it was just backing up what he’s been saying all along. still a decent listen, still entertaining and I still find ant a very interesting person that seems to have crammed multiple lifetimes into his 40years. Ant's honesty, his down to earth approach and his insane love of and dedication to self development is so inspiring. First Man In focuses on Ants life, in The Fear Bubble we explored his soul, and here, finally, we have an in-depth analysis of his mindset and outlook on life.

The weird paragraphs from his wife were the cherry on top of the cake - they felt so awkward and cringe worthy.

Highly recommended, a great read that centres you and helps you see the easy slips that people can make and how to turn things around.

Also to recognise there are those who are just negative and to let them go if they are bringing you down. after listening to the first two books by ant, I was really looking forward to this, however I hate to say I was slightly disappointed. I feel he's said what he has to say and given out the tools to help those of us who need a kick up the bum to get going sometimes. We work closely with publishers and authors to ensure that we offer the best books on the market for your child. There are times when life feels like it has you cornered: financial difficulties, relationship issues, work problems, all of the above. I loved how you could hear Ant's voice as you read through the passages and see how he is within his everyday life thanks to Emilie.
