We are very happy to announce that we are coming to you for the first look at our official trailer for the movie, Greatest Days. This sounds similar to the official synopsis for the original musical The Band: "What is it like to grow up with a boyband? Speaking about what people can expect from the film, Aisling Bea told us: "I think that especially post-pandemic, you know, kind of like by week four when we'd all run out of bananas to make bread with we were like, 'Right, I'll Google every single person I went to secondary school with. Over the years, however, the five have lost contact with each other, so that their mutual bond has become less.Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald will executive produce the film, just as they did for The Band.

After beginning rehearsals in 2022, further casting was revealed in June 2022 - which was great news for fans after the film was initially thought to be released in 2021! Twenty-five years on we are reunited with the group of friends, now 40-something women, as they try once more to fulfil their dream of meeting their heroes. Howard Donald, Gary Barlow and Mark Owen attend the Cannes Film Festival in the south of France in support of Greatest Days, the musical movie inspired by Take That, featuring their songs. A film adaptation titled Greatest Days featuring Jayde Adams, Aisling Bea, Alice Lowe and Amaka Okafor in the title roles, was written by Firth and directed by Coky Giedroyc with choreography by Drew McOnie. Greatest Days is a 2023 British film based on the Take That jukebox musical of the same name (originally titled The Band), directed by Coky Giedroyc and written by Tim Firth.

The movie follows five best friends who have the night of their lives seeing their favorite boy band in concert and – 25 years later – reunite for one more epic show by their beloved band, to relight their friendship. Easyjet Airlines did not pay a penny towards the production costs despite featuring prominently in one song and dance scene.

Mark told PA that he, Gary and Howard had been working remotely to make music for their ninth album, adding that a tour could follow suit: "We have been talking. Of course, the film makes use of a number of the group's most memorable tunes, and if you're wondering which hits made the cut, read on to find the full Greatest Days soundtrack. Adapted from the band's highly successful stage show, the movie is executively produced by Take That band members Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald and features a stellar comedic cast. Speaking about the film,Take That said: “ Greatest Days is a film dedicated to all those who have supported us throughout the years.In March 2018, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald appeared on Lorraine where they confirmed that a Take That film is in the works! It was previously reported that Cush Jumbo, Ruth Wilson and Rosamund Pike were in talks to feature in the film. Four friends, who have not seen each other for 25 years, reunite after one of them wins tickets to a reunion concert of their childhood favourite band. Jason Orange went into acting and Howard Donald, despite being the lead singer on a number of Take That songs, made a name for himself as a club DJ across Europe.

The soundtrack was recorded by the cast of the upcoming film, out today (16th June), including Aisling Bea, Jayde Adams, Alice Lowe and Amaka Okafor. Tim Firth wrote the musical, which began touring in 2017, and told the Daily Mail about the story: "A tragedy happens, then we jump forward 25 years to see the women those girls became and they realise they were fools to have been apart for so long.Speaking to Guilty Pleasures at cinch does Isle of Wight festival, Mark said of Greatest Days: "It was exciting for us to be in Cannes to promote the film.
