Considering the poor performance that a lot of people are stating here, I gotta say that I do not have such problems. See, while Club De Nuit Intense EDT has gotten more compliments than any other fragrance in my collection, It’s way too strong sometimes, I could not dare to wear it to the office, it would choke people out, it projects and lasts WAY better than Creed Aventus itself. on the positive side it smells really good, is affordable, and it has some really strong smokey Aventus vibes. The atmosphere, style and ambience are all totally due to Madame Catherine - with a natural French eccentricity which makes the experience feel as if you were dining in a unique small high quality French restaurant off the beaten track in Paris. Lovely ambience, attentive and polite waiting staff, great food and wine - a really pleasant atmosphere. I even asked my girlfriend if she could smell anything, and she said no, nothing and after she took her nose onto my neck she admit it still a bit there but softly. Whoever claims this is better than Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man because it lacks the synthetic opening, check your nose.

I I went to work with low expectations and VIOLA out of nowhere as I'm standing in line at a team breakfast buffet, one of my female coworkers comes out of nowhere and says "You smell GOOD". Some mention that the projection and longevity are fantastic, with about 5m and 5 hours but still subtle hints 10 hours. In my eyes, this is even better than Creed Aventus nowadays and this smells actually how Creed Aventus used to smell back in the days. There are many good french restaurant in London that you should check if you want a real french experience !

The sillage or scent trail is what people like; it won’t smell great to you, but others will love it. Update: I was recently informed that there are two versions of Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man: France version that more closely resembles a fruity Aventus batch and UAE version that resembles a smokey batch. As the fragrance enters its dry-down, the initial citrus notes start to dissipate; the patchouli adds a soft green and sharp tone.This beats Club de Nuit Intense Man as a clone on the initial pineapple burst (whereas CDNIM is totally lemon) but CDNIM completely destroys this from about 15 minutes in, all the way until the end.
