A number of copies are known to have been mistakenly available despite the cancelling of release dates. Especially side-by-side with recordings like Waiting For The Day, Mother's Pride and Soul Free, all of which have much more power and clarity. In a career which spanned 35 years, George Michael gave the world the ultimate pop experience with Wham!

The record is supplied within a tight fitting cardboard inner sleeve and considerable force is necessary to actually get it out of the sleeve. However, his legacy is there and this album particularly showcases his fantastic songwriting ability and musicianship. Maybe I should listen to another version just to check it isn't my copy – is there one that people would recommend if I don't like the UK original? I could deal with the warping but the fact that it skips right in the chorus of “Freedom 90” is unforgivable.George's vocals have a weird echo and a huge trail of reverb applied to them that removes so much definition and presence without really creating any space or depth in the way I imagine it was meant to. Reading all the negative reactions about this pressing I was wondering what was going on with my copy (which was still sealed). Working with a band that is looser and grittier than the Mondays, Shaun Ryder sounds reinvigorated, creating. Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.VG+ (Very Good Plus): This record has clearly been played before, but has only a moderate reduction in sound quality, despite a possible slight loss of shine and some surface marks. The music is amazing as expected and the vinyl pressing is very good however my copy was dirty straight out of the packaging; covered in a gritty white dust and a a bunch of smears on both the edge and label parts of the vinyl. Additionally there seems to be an unusually large build up of static - not sure if this is the composition of the vinyl or the inner sleeve or a combination of the two. Language - Regardless of country of origin all tracks are sung in English, unless otherwise stated in our description.

The artwork for the 2 cd 2017 reissue feels like a tasteless and tacky choice from the music company, George’s point was to detach himself from his image even in the videos .In the edit page, go to the 'Metadata' tab and add your Juno artist, label or release page for listeners to purchase your release / releases.

I, like many other, was very sad to hear George had died as he genuinely seemed like one of life's good guys and never took himself too seriously. turned out to be one of the all time classic AC/DC records, both with original howler Bon Scott and his Geordie successor.

The sleeve is printed with valuable information and whilst necessary someone could have the brainwave of also including a non static paper sleeve to sit in the cover next to the cardboard one, if it costs a few pennies more than so be it.
