Model kit of an Airlock Adaptor which will fit both the Airfix kit and the Product Enterprise diecast Space 1999 Eagles. The star vehicle of the ground breaking work was the Eagle, the venerable workhorse of Moon Base Alpha.

But after getting past the initial repetition of building the modular parts I started to really enjoy it. Next, I jumped to Step 21 to build the cargo/passenger pod and painted it orange with gray window surrounds to represent a VIP module. I painted them flat black and installed the parts along with the flying display piece for the stand. Each kit features authentic details copied from the production props like the buttons, knobs, and switches. As seen in the Space 1999 episode 'War Games', this model kit is in scale with the WARP and Product Enterprise Eagles.The first part contains pages packed with photos on high quality glossy paper (the first 8 pages comprises the cover and both sides of a fold-out poster). In this configuration, the ship was well equipped to handle heavy lifting whether transporting nuclear waste canisters on its flatbed or when it was fully rigged with a powerful winch complete with magnetic hoist. I spent 24 hours building MPC’s Eagle and recommend it to intermediate modelers and above looking to add one or more transports to their collection.

The module is about 5 inches in length, although following the more detailed 1/24 command module seen in close-up. This edition includes the cargo pod and its winch mechanism along with hoist and four nuclear waste canisters. MPC builds onto its lineup of 14” Eagles by adding the popular “laboratory pod” along with the powerful spine booster.In “Breakaway”, the Space:1999 premiere episode, it was clear to see that the iconic Eagle spacecraft was truly unique. MPC presents a Limited Re-Issue of the 22” model kit with details gleaned from the original miniature used during the production of Space:1999. MPC introduces this all new, accurately proportioned and detailed kit of the iconic spacecraft in precise 1/72 scale which can be decorated one of three ways. The previous release of the 12” version of the ship has always been well-received by fans and modelers everywhere. The stun gun features a working slide stun/kill button and both the stun gun and comlock are hollow to provide space for custom electronics and lighting.
