About this deal

I can't hear much difference when turning this knob, but when playing through an EQ plugin, it appears to add a high shelf starting around 2. If a pedal doesn't sound good I won't use it, but on these setting, I honestly think there is a subtle improvement. Je to klasika efekt pre basaka, za 9 euro aj original napajaci zdroj, lepsie nez kupovat 9V baterky.

We understand the importance of online privacy and are committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. It's very transparent with no detectable compression artifacts like pumping and loss of low frequency.Putting 4 Limiter patches in series on the MS-60B made very little difference to its effectiveness as compared to a single patch. With the ratio turned all the way up and the threshold all the way down, it makes all instrument dynamics a constant level (because the threshold is so low). Your friends will fear its intimidating green finish, and those who oppose you shall fall hard under the crushing weight of its rigid plastic chassis. The Ratio knob controls the amount of compression while the Thresh knob controls when you want the compressor to kick in.

If you're looking at this pedal, you're probably also looking at some of it's more expensive cousins at Boss, EHX, TCE, etc. like the limiter enhancer is meant for getting that last little bit of help fitting into a mix maybe? Tested using a looped bass recording from a Boss RC30 Loopstation into a Markbass LM3 amp and 12” Markbass cab. Sound engineers and professional bass players have known for years that high quality limiting and enhancement makes bass tracks pop in the mix. While it does preserve the bass qualities of the signal that the CS gives away, it does not compress nor sustain as well. You can roll it back to nothing (no sound), or boost it to where you get some noise and hiss, and depending on what you have. It works by reducing the dynamic range of a signal, often referred to as compression which means that loud signals are turned down and softer sounds are turned up, so they more closely match each other. It's easy to dial in the target volume level using the threshold knob to trigger the compression and the level knob as a make-up gain. The dedicated Level, Enhance, Ratio and Threshold controls provide easy and intuitive sound shaping. And these are easily tweaked to take the pop out of bass slaps, take the attack off of keys a bit, or just even out tone.
