About this deal

Of course I was going to LOVE Broken Souls, because I LOVE Lottie Parker and I LOVE Patricia Gibney's writing! In addition to the synthesizers, there is violin coursing through many of the pieces, adding to the general melancholy. Lottie is her usual frantic self, panicking about the case and her perceived inability to manage both her work and home life. Julian's arrival will give a new direction to the lives of the three, creating a love triangle full of reconciliations, secrets and death.

I was a little disappointed in book 6 for there were so many repeats and catch up non readers I almost set it aside. However, she has too much on her hands to worry about it with two murders, posed as suicides, and the young daughter of one of the victims missing.Surrounded by lakes, Mullingar is damp and wet most of the year but when the sun shines it is a little piece of heaven on earth. Come down the travelators, exit Sainsbury's, turn right and follow the pedestrianised walkway to Crown Walk and turn right - and Coles will be right in front of you.

Wow this album is definitely another complete masterpiece from Distant Dream, and this album art is so gorgeous !Mesmerizing album that breathes joy and lushness of the wilderness, excellent choice for lovers instrumental music.

Fynn is a super sweet puppy who is extremely cuddly and loving, he wants so desperately to bond with someone. Another solid whodunnit featuring DI Lottie Parker , her ragged band of detectives and her ongoing work and maybe more relationship with Boyd. It is not on page and not caused by the love interest, but for everybody interested in reading this book: it does paint a really realistic picture of the trauma that rape causes and is a constant companion throughout this book. His proposal at the end of the last book surprised us, including Lottie, but in this book both are behaving like they are anything but engaged. I was worried that I wouldn't like this because the last couple books have got on my nerves but I wanted to keep on to my hope that Gibney would deliver a book worthy of this series. So, you have a ML who doesn’t trust himself, thinks he’s a dog, and denies wanting to explore “more” with the FL bc he’s “too messed up”. I think because the case seemed a little convoluted in parts making the investigation long and frustrating on all count.
