It is like Roadrunner and Wiley Coyote yet they both have more elements of Wiley Coyote than anyone.

All that changes when winter comes and some scientists launch Monkey over the hill, both them and him believing he's going to a distant planet. this series had me and kids cracking up ('i mowed by own bum', is now shouted constantly in our house.

Bunny and his friends Weenie the Squirrel, Pig (the pig), Action Beaver and Skunky the Inventor lived a peaceful life in the forest – until Monkey’s rocket crash-landed and he decided to take over!

Here he creates brilliant gadgets for Monkey, such as a chicken-shaped zeppelin which dispenses rotten eggs and the formidable Doomsday Device, designed to destroy everything of beauty, annihilate all happiness and bring misery to the woods. But as an adult reader I grew tired of the negative and sometimes insensitive jokes (like being dropped on your head too many times).
