With demand ever increasing on the collectors market, and the ability with modern sound editing tools to process out the defects, these are getting increasingly difficult to find in any condition.

These records will feature the same flat profile that helped to make the original UHQR so desirable. The US version contained some of Hendrix's best known songs, including the Experience's first three singles, which, though omitted from the British edition of the LP, were top ten hits in the UK: "Purple Haze", "Hey Joe", and "The Wind Cries Mary". With demand ever increasing on the market, these are getting increasingly difficult to find in any condition! Hendrix synthesized various elements of the cutting edge of 1967 rock into music that sounded both futuristic and rooted in the best traditions of rock, blues, pop, and soul.

We’ve taken this classic and given it the full Analogue Productions reissue treatment, featuring a remaster by Germany’s Willem Makkee from the original analog tapes, and plating and 180-gram pressing by Quality Record Pressings.This stereo UHQR reissue will be limited to 20,000 copies, with gold foil individually numbered jackets. When it was first released in 1967, Are You Experienced turned the music world upside down, as Hendrix showed everyone exactly what it meant to be “experienced. The fabled acoustics of Boston’s Symphony Hall and the magnificent tonal hues of the Boston Pops are on full display on this fanciful and festive recording. Every UHQR will be hand inspected upon pressing completion, and only the truly flawless will be allowed to go to market.
