I had a cell to myself for the entire 3 months, and I actually have a very fond memory of the experience, filled with solitude and a quietness that I did not know I would enjoy but did enjoy very much.

I hope the second and third books Robert Monroe wrote, Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey will soon follow in audible format as well. The journeys were filled with unimportant details, and pretty much as interesting as someone describing his dreams in great details.Robert Monroe's step-by-step instructions invite the reader to initiate their own out-of-body experiences. Still, I don't know what other book has so much information on this topic presented in a relatable way. Fifth, in some instances of OOBEs the description of what was happening at a distant place is correct and more accurate than we would expect by coincidence.
