About this deal

There is a maximum user weight of 100kg which might be limiting for some users (for those over 100kg take a look at the F30 XTI) but for those who fall under that limit then this is a good option. It also has the LED screen which outlines the times taken, the distances, the speed levels and the estimated level of calories being used. This is another step up from the first and second models above and this one is called the BodyTrain Endurance F18 Treadmill which has a more powerful motor of 2HP motor and also has the 15% powered incline capability included for extra endurance running. The first notable difference is the improved 3HP motor. This is a significant upgrade and will be worth the investment for users who are looking to take longer runs (1 hour plus) several times per week or those who want to be able to run shorter distances at faster speeds. There is also the incline setting of 15% included, the pulse sensors on the handlebars, the 3.5mm MP3 input device and of course the holder for you tablet or phone.

The nuts and bolts of this machine are pretty much the same as the T600 when it comes to motor power, inclines and noise levels and overall it provides a great user experience. It’s completely foldable and so can be stored easily and weighing in at 65kg, the front and rear loaded transport wheels make it easy to move around for storage or to workout in a more open space. The flexibility to exercise on your own schedule - without having to travel to the nearest gym - is a major benefit for those with busy schedules. Additional features thrown in but yet has a similar price range to lower spec treadmills under different brands Motorised treadmills have a maximum top speed that will impact your workout. Cheaper models have motors that deliver lower top speeds, meaning you'll never reach more than a strolling pace and won't be able to push yourself.Though there is clearly some stress reducing suspension on the T600 model, the T900 model takes this to a new level and we felt a marked improvement in the way the suspensions performed on this version. It is not too bouncy, nor too firm, and you can without a doubt feel the difference when compared to running on hard outdoor surfaces such as tarmac.

You are limited to a maximum speed level of 12 km per hour where many other treadmills we see operate up to 16 and even 20 km per hour. The F30 XTI comes with built-in speakers and has USB and aux connections to play your music through. The quality of the speakers are pretty much in line with other treadmills which means they are acceptable but nothing special. If you are looking for a commercial-type treadmill for your home at a reasonable price then this could just be what you have been looking for.

Bodytrain Rocket MT06 Treadmill Deck (Expert Brand)

The other main limitation of this treadmill is the maximum speed which is just 6KM/h. So there is no sprinting on this treadmill and brisk walking is going to be the limit for most people. For this reason, we would only really recommend the BodyTrain BPM for anyone who is very early on in their cardio fitness journey or for anyone who simply wants a treadmill to increase their step count. Speed levels - you are looking at 1 to 12 km/hr and there are also 12 pre-set workout programs for you to choose from which is great instead of having to program your workout manually. If you are looking for a true budget option from BodyTrain then their BPM folding treadmill is one option – however that model isn’t in the same league as any of those reviewed here and the T600 is pretty budget in its own right considering its features, build quality and usability. This is ideal for home users who don’t want the hassle of ongoing maintenance and for casual users the chances are this won’t need any maintenance for the first few years of ownership.
