One of my all time favorites as well as one of my founding fragrances that opened my eyes to the fragrance world. I bought this perfume blind on sale based on its description and I have to say, I like it a lot. The only thing that keeps this off my favorite scents list is my absolute choosiness about that list, and the fact that if I were to put a Burberry fragrance on that list, that fragrance would be Burberry Brit. On the other hand, the men’s Burberry touch perfume is stronger on the nose. This Burberry perfume was created to be worn all throughout the day. The Burberry Touch Women is more ideal to be worn during the day time. So until Burberry gets it together...I'm attempting to replicate the smell of this cologne with other violet-based and vanilla-based long-lasting and wide-projecting colognes. These are different, but there are some similarities. Roma has a more forward citrus & mint to the spicy opening and dries down richer & with a more traditional amber, while Burberry Touch has the red pepper and a more forward green floral quality with a lighter overall vibe. That being said, there are enough similarities in the overall vibe that Burberry Touch could be a tweaked Eau Fraiche version of Roma. Roma outperforms.

So I took my sample out again to try, and now it's summer. Maybe the warmth allowed my senses to grab on to this. It's just so subtle. And I can't help but be reminded of baby products, though it's not babyish, just so soft. Like luxury hand soap at a posh hotel. You smell softly clean, and notes don't jump out and announce themselves. Touch wafts shyly around your personal bubble and feels comfortable, clean and soft. The Burberry Touch men’s perfume presents a complete masculine scent. The smell is powered by an interesting mix of three great notes. The Burberry Touch Women’s perfume belongs to the floral green family. The middle or heart note is blended with peach, lily-of-the-valley, jasmine, and berry. Tuberose, peony, and lily are also present in the heart note. The base note comprises green almond, oakmoss, cedar, vanilla, and tonka bean.

The Eau de Toilette formula offers around 4-5 hours in terms of longevity. So, if cloying colognes have you swiping left, Burberry Touch is a great match. Victoria Secret Very Sexy Platinum for Him is OK, very common, a fresh woody, mossy, ozonic, violet leaf, and spicy fragrance.

A fresh feminine floral with an interesting woody base. I'd like Burberry Touch more if it lasted longer but that aside I have no complaints. It's one of the few perfumes in my collection that feels suitable for someone my age. It's unique, interesting, & versatile to boot. Definitely one of the more complex fragrances from the house. Burberry fragrances have a reputation for being cheap, especially the newer ones, but Touch is nice.FragranceAnon agrees, “a beautiful, fresh, spicy fragrance that can be comfortably worn in a variety of circumstances and doesn’t cost much. What’s not to like?” And because there are always two sides to every coin, it’s a thumbs down from Addjscents, “another barbershop cologne. Honestly, that’s not my preference. I wore it a few times but poor projection longevity and barely silage is disappointing. It’s 6/10.”
