Given that the angels deemed IAD to be the name of God, given that it’s a three-letter word (this is significant because the names of the Aethyrs are likewise composed of three letters, so they have the same structure), and given that the tablet was given to Kelley and Dee just prior to their receipt of the Enochian Calls by the angels, it would appear that this is the word for which I was searching. The Tablet of Union is placed on the center Altar to act as the central hub from which the Elemental Tablets are spokes.

Dee, John (2003), Peterson, Joseph H. (ed.), John Dee's Five Books of Mystery: Original Sourcebook of Enochian Magic, Boston: Weiser Books, ISBN 978-1-57863-178-0 . From the collected works known as Mysteriorum libri quinque. Reveals missing practical instructions for the Enochian magic system received by John Dee and Edward Kelley Dee was a strong believer in the existence of hidden knowledge and sought to unravel the world and all of its mysteries through his magical practices. To Dee magic was a means to access higher realms of understanding and communicate with supernatural beings. He was a Christian though as well, and believed he could use magic to communicate with the angels themselves. In this comprehensive introduction to Enochian magic and beyond, John DeSalvo explains how the magic system transmitted by the angels to John Dee and Edward Kelley in the 16th century has until now remained incomplete and thus not as powerful as the angels intended.Once the energy shield is established, focus your attention on the body and enter into a meditative state. Visualize your body as a temple, lit by a blue flame. Once your body is completely relaxed, it is time to begin the astral projection ritual. Conjugation can result in spelling changes which can appear to be random or haphazard. Due to this, Aaron Leitch has expressed doubt as to whether Enochian actually has conjugations. [32] The very scant evidence of Enochian verb conjugation seems quite reminiscent of English, including the verb 'to be' which is highly irregular. [5] There was a War in Heaven over that same issue and it doesn't end well for the last instigators from the War. Enochian Magic requires a solid and firm foundation in the study of the Qabalah, Geomancy, Tarot, Alchemy, and Astrology. It is not a toy but a powerful system that should be employed with the same caution a prudent person uses who would handle a loaded gun.

Leitch, Aaron (2010b). The Angelical Language, Volume II: An Encyclopedic Lexicon of the Tongue of Angels. Woodbury, MN: Llewellyn Publications. ISBN 978-0738714912. The adept reaches various aethyrs through travel in the ast ral body, the mental body, and mystical states of consciousness akin to samadhi, a high state of consciousness in yoga that transcends thought. Some of the aethyrs have sexual energies. Many involve an initiatory experience, such as death of the old personality/ego and rebirth of the new. Although some doubt that Enochian is a genuine language, it has been Demonstrated that English can be translated into it. The texts in the Loagaeth show patterning "characteristically found in certain types of meaningless language (such as glossolalia), which is often produced under conditions similar to trance. In other words, Kelley may have been 'speaking in tongues'. [...] there is no evidence that these early invocations are any form of 'language' [...] at all. [36] Dictionaries [ edit ] In the early 1580s, John Dee's pursuit of understanding the secrets of nature left him dissatisfied with his progress. Seeking a more profound wisdom encompassing both natural and artificial truths, Dee's journey evolved into a spiritual exploration. Dee wrote: The nineteenth key is specifically used to open gateways to the Thirty Aethyrs. [28] The Aethyrs are envisioned as concentric rings that expand outward from the innermost Aethyr to the outermost. They are often viewed as a map of the entire universe, with each Aethyr providing access to unique spiritual insights and experiences. [30] Exploring these Aethyrs is seen as a journey through different levels of spiritual consciousness and understanding. These manuscripts have been enriched by a succession of scholars and practitioners. Individuals like Thomas Rudd (1583?–1656), Elias Ashmole (1617–1692), Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers (1854–1918), William Wynn Westcott (1848–1925), Aleister Crowley (1875–1947), and Israel Regardie (1907–1985) have contributed as guardians and commentators. [13] As magicians, their roles extend beyond preservation, including writing commentaries, making adaptations, and revealing insights that have expanded the views on Enochian magic. Cotton MS Appendix XLVI Part II [21] is the diary for 15 August 1584 – 23 May 1587 (and 20 March – 7 September 1607) inclusive: The Book of Praha, The Royal Stephanic Mysteries, The Puccian Action, The Book of Resurrection, The Third Action of Trebon and the remaining Spirit Actions at Mortlake in 1607, ending where A True and Faithful Relation ends. (It may be seen that Casaubon's A True and Faithful Relation is equivalent to the Cotton MS Appendix in toto, i.e. Dee and Kelley's diaries from 28 May 1585-23 Sept 1607). Cast a circle. Cast a magical circle to help contain the energy and keep it focused within the ritual. Another manuscript is Sloane MS 3191, [20] which comprises: 48 Angelic Keys; The Book of Earthly Science, Aid and Victory; On the Mystic Heptarchy; and Invocations of the Good Angels.

Key tablet hath 6 calls, 1 above other 5.As an additional word on the rituals contained in this manual, the following quote should be remembered: The Five Books of Mystery ( Mysteriorum Libri Quinque) are documented within the manuscript Sloane MS 3188, [14] a repository of the 'actions' or mystical practices detailed in Liber Logaeth. This manuscript served as a diary spanning from 22 December 1581 to 23 May 1583. It encompasses the first five Books of Mystery, along with an Appendix, notably concluding where Casaubon's A True and Faithful Relation commences. There are two transcripts of this manuscript available today: from Joseph Peterson [15] and C. L. Whitby. [16] The five books are: [17] The term Enochian comes from the Biblical figure Enoch, who was a source of hidden mystical knowledge and was taken up to heaven. According to Genesis 5:24, he “walked with God” and Hebrews 11:5 states that he “was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death.” In all workings where the King is invoked, so are the Seniors in that they work in a kind of collaboration with the elemental King. There are rituals such as the Consecration of an Elemental Tool when the power of the Seniors are called upon. This allows the elemental Weapon to receive in the charging phase the Planetary powers through the elemental nature of the planet. Later when needed by a trained Adept, the tool can then project this force for the purpose of magical and alchemical workings.
