Pentru aplicare, scoateti pansamentul din ambalajul steril pastrand ambele folii protectoare aplicate. Ajustati-l la dimensiunea ranii, daca este necesar, folosind o foarfeca sterila. Atrauman Ag ar trebui sa se suprapuna peste rana si ar trebui sa aiba aproximativ aceeasi dimensiune ca pansamentul secundar. Dupa indepartarea uneia din foliile protectoare, aplicati pansamentul pe rana, apoi indepartati cealalta folie protectoare. Atrauman Ag trebuie aplicat intr-un singur strat, nu il pliati și nu il aplicati in straturi multiple.
