As a strong protector of my peace, I loved how messy it was. The angst made me giggle like a little schoolgirl. I was living vicariously through this couple that couldn’t stay together to save their lives. Did I root for them to be together? Well, I didn’t not root for them to be together. But I enjoyed every second of their desperate pining for one another.

Despite the groupies, the success, the fun, life under the bright glare of fame and fortune isn’t enough. I went into this book blind and I am so glad that I did. So I will be vague so that you get to have that experience too! Crew and his girls, stole my heart. He is such an amazing Dad and they were so funny together. I found myself laughing out loud so many times. I adored Paige and Addy, um hello TWINS! You know that's my kryptonite.🤣 The relationship they built with Tennyson made me so happy. You could feel the chemistry between Crew and Tenny. I loved how they helped one another and began healing each other. Trust Fall...IYKYK🥺I don’t know what to do so I kiss him again. Soft and slow and unknowingly try to give him everything he needs but won’t say that he does. Bristol is so relatable, and it's so easy to understand her mindset when it comes to Vince. She's afraid to put hope there, but it's so beautiful when she's finally able to do that and it doesn't fall apart. The last few chapters especially had me by the heart, and I was so happy at the end. Despite the groupies, the success, the fun, life under the bright glare of fame and fortune isn’t enough. Seven years ago, Bristol and Vince rekindled their situationship for one night. However, one night was all it took for Bristol’s life to be changed forever. This is a complete standalone but if you end up wanting more, K. Bromberg already wrote the story of one of Vince’s band mate in Sweet Ache, part of her Driven spinoff series.

SO many that I felt like it took away from the overall flow of the book, which I was already struggling to find.
