We were actually glad to see that the consistency wasn’t runny – as is the case with some tinted moisturisers – and we’d say it has more of a medium consistency. Thanks to the thoughtful blend of skin-loving ingredients mentioned above, my skin looked and felt hydrated the whole time I wore it (which was over eight hours). The MultiDew Skin Tint is also waterproof, sweat-proof, and transfer-proof. All of these claims proved true as the product held up while I was outside in 80-degree weather and wearing a mask. As an oily skin type, we probably won’t be using this on a regular basis and certainly not in place of our regular foundation. Two facts that make the price of this skin tint a little hard to swallow.

Before each test, we prepped our skin with moisturiser and primer and we applied the GloWish skin tint using a foundation brush. GloWish range also recommends Glowish Soft Bronzing Powder that comes in five shades. This is said to finish off the glowing look but we haven’t yet got chance to test this out. In 13 different shades that you can mix and match, the formula is designed for light but long-lasting coverage. “Our code name for it was ‘weekend skin,’” Kattan says. “[It’s the product] everyone wears on the weekend when they go to the beach or they don’t want to look like they’re wearing too much makeup.” We should also point out that if you have oily skin, both the heaviness of this product, as well as the dewy finish it creates, may see you wanting to reach for a mattifying powder. There’s a fine line with some of these products between dewy and greasy and, on hot days like we’ve had recently, there’s a fine line between dewy, greasy and sweaty. Our new GloWish MultiDew Skin Tint has been a true gamechanger for me! It is SO much more than a tinted moisturizer, and that’s why I literally wear this every time I’m not in full glam – even then, I love to add a pump of MultiDew to my foundation for a glow boost! Not only are they really good for your skin, but they also help to give your own beautiful skin a little extra boost.

However, if you have dull, dry skin this will likely be a dream product and will be more than worth the money. What’s more, the consistency of this skin tint means a little goes a long way, and it can be used in multiple ways; mixed with foundation, as a highlighter, as a light bronzer for your body in place of fake tan. Since skin tints are lightweight, they're easy to buff into the skin. I applied about two pumps of the product to my face and blended it using Glowish's Airbrush Finish Brush. The brush is designed to lightly and evenly disperse liquid complexion products across the face. An added plus? The brush is made with 100% vegan-friendly bristles and the handle is made from post-consumer recycled plastic. As a glow-booster: If you want more coverage but still crave the glow, then mix half a pump of MultiDew with your fave foundation (my go-to combo is with our Huda Beauty #FauxFilter Luminous Matte). The result is skin that looks luminous and healthy with a little extra coverage. The Shades:

It wasn’t until she launched Wishful — her skincare brand that dropped right before the pandemic — that she began pivoting to a more natural aesthetic. “If I’m being honest about the beauty industry, we’ve gotten to a point where it just never ends. You have to cover up your face, you need higher cheekbones, you have to add Photoshop and Facetune,” she says. “I [started] to feel a little bit like I was doing something wrong when I was [altering] my images. It felt like it was almost a little dirty — something didn’t feel right about it.” Kattan added that in 2019, she began visiting a doctor once a month to remove her fillers. “You don’t remove filler by just pulling it out; you burn it out. It’s so painful,” she says. Even though it gave decent coverage, it didn’t cover up some blemishes on the skin that a full-coverage product would have dealt with easily. This is largely because it’s a skin tint, not a foundation. We wouldn’t usually expect a tinted moisturiser to cover up blemishes so, on one hand, this criticism feels a little harsh.
