One of the main advantages of refurbished garden machinery and power tools is the cost. Because these tools have already been used, they are generally much cheaper than new models. This can be especially appealing for those on a tight budget or for those who only need the equipment for a short period of time. Next, the governor is removed. You want to remove it entirely, including internally. That involves removing the oil pan. You will see a brass sleeve in which the throttle lever slides through.
