Here We Go Looby Loo or simply Looby Loo is a fun action song that can be performed by many kids at once. Its very simple moves and catchy tune make it a favorite of very youngs too! Dance InstructionsThe Looby Loo dance is very similar to Hokey Cokey. First kids need to sit in a circle holding hands. If not all kids know the dance before, it is best to demonstrate first by singing the song and showing the moves. I can run from 30mins to 45minutes of fabulous interactive entertainment, perfect for a birthday or festive celebration with friends and family who are unable to get together due to Covid restrictions. The benefit of a Zoom Party is that you can invite friends and family from anywhere in the world – I have had guests join from the US, Australia, India, Dubai, Paris and all over the UK.

Typical of every visit, Little Button hurried up the 3 little steps leading to the beach hut and wriggled her way in first, as Mr Button set about hooking open the stable doors. Her squeaking and giant whoops gave away that Loopy Lou was going to be a real treat. I will run a wonderful interactive upbeat mix of magic, dancing, hilarious scavenger hunt, puppets and games – with a birthday card and small gift for the birthday child!

We liaise in advance to put together your perfect virtual party…I run a fabulous upbeat mix of magic, games, challenges, scavenger hunt, dancing, action songs and lots more, all appropriate to your booked age range. It all started when Steven got up to give his father of the bride speech and he talked about Loopy Lou not being there. He then asked the guests to wait until he brought the doll. After a morning of lots of walking and exploring, the tired adventurers definitely needed fish and chips to keep them going! As you come out of Loopy Lou, turn to the right, and head up the promenade. You will shortly come to the Fisherman’s café and this is the closest place to pop in for ‘café style’ fish and chips and refreshments. If you’ve got the energy (which Nanny and Grandad Button had run out of), you could keep going, almost to the pier, but then turn off down Old Pier St. and you’ll come to a more traditional fish and chips shop, Yates – which is super-duper yummy and we would absolutely recommend it!

We were very impressed by how light and airy Loopy Lou felt. Even with 4 adults and a Little Button, there was plenty of room to sit comfortably inside the beach hut.

By the time I got a peek, Little Button was already firmly planted on the day bed and making herself at home! Looking around I could spot all those wonderful furnishing that make Millie’s Beach Huts so gorgeous. Motivational quotes decorated the walls, a mirror to not only fix your beach hair, but to also gain another viewpoint of the sea, was all there. That comfy day bed laden in colourful squishy pillows and piled with blankets. A table and chairs (for your fish and chips with a view!), and a little place to make hot drinks and perhaps a bacon butty, if you were in the mood for it. I pride myself in tailoring to your event so if you would like less or more of certain entertainment elements I will work with you to ensure you have your perfect party!!

Specialist nurseries are also able to give great advice, and if they don’t have the plant you have planned on, they can often suggest alternatives that will also work well for you. Now. This is not a negative, but rather something that you may want to consider when hiring this particular beach hut. Remember when I said that Nanny Button particularly loves how Loopy Lou feels like she’s right on the seafront, because of the narrow promenade? Well, when the tide does come in, it comes in all the way up to the walkway in front of Loopy Lou. We knew it would, but it still gave us a bit of a fright to begin with. Loopy Lou is actually the alter-ego of Sonia Barton who has well over 15 years experience as a Children’s Party Entertainer in Derby. Sonia currently has an NOCN in childcare and has passed BSL level 1 (Sign Language). She also has experience with various additional needs. Calls welcome anytime upto 10pm everyday. Very friendly and happy childminder who tries very hard to make sure that they children are always having fun.. I have 3 children of my own Aaron(12) and Kahlan(9) and Brody (born July 2019) I also have a step daughter Mollie (6) who visits in half terms and weekendsIt’s really not that bad, and actually, it was exhilarating watching the tide coming in from inside Loopy Lou. All children will have a planned active week for those who stay all day. Alternatively half terms and school breaks will include school age children.
