Just curious, folks, given the fact that there are over 260,000 of us on this subreddit, how many of us have real life friends who are into fountain pens too. I've been collecting fountain pens off and on for thirty five years or so. I've used them since grammar school in the 50s. I live in Southern California in a county of almost 900,000 people, and I taught at a large community college for many years, but despite all of this exposure to other human beings, I've yet to meet another fountain pen person in person. That's one of the reasons I enjoy this subreddit so much.
